The Crete Pantry is located at

1367 Wood Street, Crete, IL  60417

      

On Wednesdays,

from 9:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m.

Residents of Crete Township who are in need can receive a free bag of groceries.

Proof of residency will be required (ID)    

ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF CRETE TOWNSHIP

Since THE CRETE FOOD PANTRY is supported only by the generosity of the residents of Crete Township and several local churches we are in the need your help. 

​

          If you like to contribute, you can drop off food items at 1367 Wood Street, Crete, IL 60417. Crete United Methodist Church no longer accept food donations, they need to be dropped off at 1367 Wood Street, please call the Township to learn when their drop off times are--- 708-672-8279

                             Crete Food Pantry is the need of non-perishable FOOD ITEMS such items:   

                                                       

Cereal                                                  Spaghetti noodles                      Canned Vegetables/fruit               

Peanut Butter                                   Spaghetti sauce                          Jelly / Jam

In addition to non-perishable food items, the Crete Pantry is also in the need of Soap for laundry and personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, etc... to help out families in need. 

 

If you rather make a monetary contribution, you can by mailing a check directly to the Crete Food Pantry, at 1367 Wood Street, Crete, IL.  Or you may make the check payable to Crete UMC, just remember to put in the memo line CRETE FOOD PANRY contribution so we can send your donation to the The Crete Food Pantry.

Please note, we (Crete United Methodist Church)  are still accepting checks for the Food Crete Pantry but any food donations will need to be dropped off directly at the Crete Food Pantry, at their location, 1367 Wood Street. Please call the Crete Township to arrange a drop off time for your donations.

         Remember, THE CRETE FOOD PANTRY is only open on Wednesday mornings,
