The Crete Pantry,

a mission of Crete UMC and is located at

1367 Wood Street, Crete, IL  60417.

 

On Wednesdays,

from 9:00 a.m. until noon,

residences of Crete Township

can receive a free bag of groceries

at 1367 Wood Street, Crete, IL.  60417

 limited to 12 times per year

Since the Crete Pantry is supported only by the generosity of the residents of Crete Township and local churches, we are in the need your help. 

​

If you like to contribute, you can drop off food items at Crete United Methodist Church (1321 Main Street) in the church's lobby on Sunday mornings. 

Crete Food Pantry is the need of non-perishable FOOD ITEMS such items:   

                                                       

Cereal                                                  Spaghetti noodles                      Canned Vegetables/fruit               

Peanut Butter                                   Spaghetti sauce                          Jelly / Jam

In addition to non-perishable food items, the Crete Pantry is also in the need of Soap for laundry and personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, etc... to help out families in need. 

 

If you rather help by making a monetary contribution, you can by mailing  or bringing in person a check requesting your donation be for the food pantry.  

 

            Weekly donations are collected every fourth Sunday of the month for the food pantry.
